The owners of IPT have a combined 50 years experience working in the plastics trade and are now focused on manufacturing plastic shopping carts and hand baskets. This experience includes brokering plastic raw material as well as manufacturing innovative plastic products that are used by millions of consumers and businesses around the world.
Prior to starting IPT in 1998, Charles Lantz owned Lantz Mfg. Company, a leader in manufacturing plastic lawn and garden products. Lantz Mfg. was later sold to Huffy Corporation's True Temper Division, a leader in lawn and garden tools around the world.
Lantz then started Innovative Plastics Technologies (IPT, Inc.) with two goals in mind - to be a leader in manufacturing and distributing unique and innovative products that can be used by nearly every commercial, retail, and industrial business in the world, and then offering customer service that is second to none. We are continuously searching out innovative, quality items to add to our product offering.
